As a small business with our trainer actively engaged in sessions throughout the day, we kindly request that all potential clients complete our online application form instead of scheduling by phone to avoid the inconvenience of “phone tag”. If you require a 15-minute callback, please indicate this on your application, and we’ll arrange a time for our behavior consultant to call you directly.

Before reaching out, please note the following:

• We are a behavior consultation-focused business specializing in dogs that exhibit aggression, reactivity, and fearfulness. We no longer offer private training for puppy training, basic manners, or in-person services. Our services are now available virtually only. You can check our current class schedule for availability.

• Owners are required to attend all training sessions, as direct owner involvement is necessary for achieving long-term results. We do not offer board-and-train or in-person services.

Additionally, we cannot provide specific training advice or tips before enrollment. Understanding your dog's unique needs requires the detailed information we collect during the full enrollment process.

Once your form is submitted, a team member will respond within 48 business hours. Please note our office hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 11 AM to 5 PM Central Time. If you're waiting for a reply, please check your spam folder before following up.
