What Is This Webinar About?

You’ve just finished a behavior consult and referred the dog to the vet because something didn’t feel quite right. Maybe they had a limp, a flinch, or subtle posture shifts. The vet confirms it: hip dysplasia, elbow dysplasia, arthritis, or another condition that explains their behavior.

Now the dog is on restricted activity. The owner is overwhelmed. They thought they just needed training, but now they’re navigating pain management, crate rest, and a lot of uncertainty. Suddenly, your training plan not only no longer applies, but isn’t safe.

Sound familiar?

This webinar is for you. Let’s build something that supports dogs and your business.

Whether you’re a dog trainer, behavior consultant, or canine professional working with dogs in pain, this session will show you how to build thoughtful, ethical services that support dogs after a diagnosis without stepping outside your scope.

We will cover:

✔️ What clients truly need after a diagnosis and where they’re often left unsupported
✔️ Personalized services you can ethically and confidently offer post-diagnosis
✔️ How to create structured follow-up packages for dogs with chronic pain
✔️ Low impact enrichment and cooperative care ideas you can teach
✔️ How to communicate boundaries and stay within scope
✔️ How to talk to vets and gain trust with clear, helpful language
✔️ Ideas for marketing and sustaining this side of your business

Who This Is For:

  • Dog trainers working with senior dogs, injured dogs, or those on vet-directed rest

  • Behavior consultants helping dogs with pain-related behaviors

  • Trainers struggling to support clients after a diagnosis

  • Dog professionals looking to ethically expand their services and income
