COVID-19 UPDATED POLICY - MAY 13TH, 2021

The CDC regulations have changed to not require a mask if you are fully vaccinated.

Given these changes, effectively immediately here at Faithfully Yours Dog Training are the following changes:

- You can now go mask less during your training sessions if you are vaccinated.

- All of our employees are vaccinated, but they can choose to continue to wear a mask at their own discretion, so you may see some employees who are still wearing masks if they so wish to do so. So, still make sure your dog is friendly with people wearing masks.

- You can also let us know in advance if you would prefer for your trainer to wear a mask during your sessions and we are happy to put one on.

- We ask everyone still use common sense and wash their hands properly before and after training sessions. Dog treats are still icky for humans and you don't want put dog treat hands near your face or in your mouth! 🙂 Hand sanitizer is always good to bring with you to sessions.

Look forward to seeing everyone for training soon!

COVID-19 UPDATED POLICY - APRIL 21ST, 2021

All staff members and their households have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and waited their two week period afterward at this point.

Which means we are finally able to open up our indoor training room and little shop again!

We have given it some minor upgrades like replacing some mat flooring tiles that were looking a little beat up too.

We look forward to finally having our inside option again for days with non-ideal weather or high temperatures.

While we will still require masks while on the property because we do not inquire about the vaccine status of students, we are happy that things are slowly returning to "more normal" here.

Look forward to training with you all and your pups soon!

Past Updates:

COVID-19 Update from the Faithfully Yours Team - October 2020

This is a COVID-19 update for students who had their program paused due to COVID-19, re-scheduling for your private programs starts Nov. 1st, 2020 for January 2021 private session dates!

You guys are getting first pick of the dates before we open enrollment to the general public again on Dec. 1st, 2020 for January 2021 sessions.

So, make sure you get in touch with us when you are ready to restart your program by using the contact form at this link.

Please keep in mind, restarting your program in January 2021 means you will be asked to wear a mask during your session and that sessions will be held outside only with our staff wearing masks.

If your dog is fearful of people in masks, we ask that you continue to work on this behavior before rescheduling, schedule a video session instead, or be aware we will need to work on this behavior with you during your sessions before we can move onto other training topics. If you are struggling with training this behavior on your own, please read our recent blog post about training your dog feel comfortable around people wearing masks.

Group classes and workshops are still on pause until we know more about how the pandemic climate looks for next year. Our group classes have always been six feet or more between students and we know how difficult that is to truly enforce with humans.

Our phone/video session COVID-19 discounted rate will continue until Nov. 31st, 2020, so make sure if you want to take advantage of the lower rate, that you schedule your sessions soon.

We look forward to training with you all again soon! Stay safe!
