Introducing Pawsitively Connected, our exceptional 4-week virtual dog training group class designed to foster a stronger bond between you and your dog. This course is perfect for dog owners seeking a laidback introductory class that combines positive reinforcement training techniques with engaging enrichment activities for their dogs.
We understand that the focus should not be on simply acing obedience skills, as this approach sometimes backfires and adds unnecessary pressure on your relationship with your dog. Instead, our course emphasizes the unique connection between you and your dog, providing a platform to discover activities that will enhance your bond, nurture growth, and establish a solid foundation for all your future endeavors together.
What topics are covered?
Whether you have a new addition to your family, a dog that seems distant, or are experiencing trust issues stemming from a previous incident, the Pawsitively Connected class was designed with you and your dog in mind. We are here to help you forge a deep and meaningful relationship with your dog.
Throughout the course, we will explore various low-impact enrichment activities that encourage your dog to explore, build confidence, and engage their senses. We will also teach you positive reinforcement techniques to enhance your dog’s focus and desire to be by your side. Additionally, we will teach relaxation and de-stressing techniques to help both you and your dog navigate challenging situations with ease and harmony.
Understanding your dog's behavior and signals is an integral part of the course. Together, we will ensure that you can recognize when your dog is enjoying themselves or needs assistance, strengthening your communication with each other.
Discover ways to connect and bond with your dog - even if your connection doesn’t feel as automatic as your past dogs, your dog has physical or mental conditions, your dog is fearful or shy, your dog is new to your household, or a past incident has affected your bond.
